ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIESBuild a comprehensive knowledge base of customer insights, competitor analysis, and market dynamics within the Environment of Care sector.Represent marketing and voice of customer in the Product development process, defining product requirements and working collaboratively with product development team to drive product through product development process from project initiation to launchSupport the development and execution of a product portfolio strategy-determining right portfolio mix of products/ solutions and across core, adjacent, and transformational innovation opportunities.Develop business cases for new product introduction based on market research and customer insights

QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. MBA preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:Experience in product management and marketing in healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, industry trends, and customer needs.Understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch.Knowledge of and experience in market research methodologies, competitor analysis, and the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive strategic decisions.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:2 - 3 years or more product management or marketing experience in healthcare setting; Upstream marketing experience preferredCollaboration in cross-functional projectsDeveloping business cases to support a new product or initiativeDriving product development project from conception to launch

SALARY RANGE$110,000 - $125,000 annually
