A successful candidate will be detail-oriented; exemplary at written and verbal communication; able to handle complex and confidential information professionally; able to work quickly and effectively. This role will involve managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Duties/Tasks
Coordinate investigation scheduling
Update and maintain tracking data in spreadsheets and reports
Organize and file project documents
Answering phone calls and emails
Triage requests, route
Taking messages
Taking notes at meetings
Collecting payments (credit card, etc.)
Making travel arrangements for project staff
Ordering office supplies
Managing vendor relationships
Organize and schedule meetings and events
Organizing internal and external events
Qualifications
Provide excellent customer service
Ability to plan, coordinate and execute office projects and events
Works well with others
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Keep track of multiple tasks
Completes tasks timely
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (O365)
Strong attention to detail
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
Two to three years' experience in an office setting
Proficient with Microsoft Office, phone systems and typical office equipment
