We are an electronic retailer of jewelry and lifestyle products headquartered in Austin, Texas with a team of approximately 450 people. Our products are sold through TV (Cable, satellite, Telco's and OTA's), our website, OTT, marketplaces, and social media.
We are the US retailing unit and subsidiary of Vaibhav Global Limited (VGL)- a publicly listed company in India. The other retailing units of VGL Group are in the UK (Shop TJC) and Germany (Shop LC, Germany). VGL Group is a vertical business, having its own manufacturing and sourcing units in India, China, Indonesia, and Thailand.

Our service to the community is run through our Your Purchase Feeds... program under which each retailing unit donates one nutritious meal to a school-going child in India, the US, the UK, and the Germany for each item sold through all its platforms. Your Purchase Feeds... has current run rate of over 54,000 meals per school day and has provided over 50 million meals to kids in need in US, UK and India until now. Our mission statement embraces the ambitious goal of distributing one million meals each school day to children in need by 2040. We believe that Your Purchase Feeds... provides more than just a meal: it feeds the hearts, minds, and futures of children.
We are committed to protecting the environment by constantly working on reducing our carbon footprint and becoming net zero by 2030. Our factories in India fully functions on solar power and has Platinum level LEEDS certified factory. Our US buildings are Gold level LEEDS certified.
Growth Director (Ecommerce & Digital)
As the Growth Director for Ecommerce and Digital, you will play a crucial part in defining and implementing our paid media strategy and performance marketing tactics with a primary focus on driving new customer acquisition. Your emphasis will be on meticulous attention to metrics and delivering measurable results. Your responsibilities will include managing successful channel strategies, conducting well-structured tests, launching both evergreen and seasonal campaigns, and optimizing performance against clear performance goals.
Growth Director (Ecommerce & Digital) will report directly to the President of Shop LC.
The following are the primary job responsibilities for the role:
Strategic Growth Leadership : Develop and implement innovative growth strategies tailored for an e-commerce environment, focusing on both customer acquisition and lifetime value.Customer Acquisition:
Lead efforts to acquire new customers through various digital marketing channels, such as social media, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, and email marketing.Analyze customer acquisition costs and optimize strategies for maximum efficiency.
Revenue Maximization : Drive initiatives that significantly increase top-line revenue, leveraging data-driven insights to refine sales funnels and marketing tactics.Profitable business : Lead a profitable ecommerce business to deliver not only revenue growth but meeting the profitability targets as well.Channel Optimization : Identify and expand upon the most profitable digital marketing channels, including Meta, Google, SEO, affiliate marketing, Influencer and social media advertising.Customer Experience : Enhance user journeys and website conversion rates.Cross-Functional Team Management : Lead and collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure cohesive execution of growth projects.Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze KPIs, generating actionable insights to optimize strategy and communicate results to senior leadership.Innovation : Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, including personalization, AI, and new digital tools, integrating these into the company's growth strategy.Managerial Responsibilities
Delivery of timely one-to-one (1 to 1's) and preparing and delivering mid-year and year-end performance evaluations.Promote professional and personal development of individual team members by utilizing computerized and other systems for tracking service, quality, setting productivity goals, training and coaching interventions and career opportunity programs, and for researching information and troubleshooting.Take proactive steps to manage employees' attendance in accordance with company policies.Ensure all team members have access to, understand and are kept current on company policies and procedures.Coordinate changes in staffing schedules and overtime requirements, if applicable, in accordance with company guidelines.Provide ongoing management and coaching.In order to perform this role, we are looking for someone with
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.8+ years of experience in growth marketing, eCommerce with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions.Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.Must be a seasoned professional in the digital retailing market, with strong D2C experience.Must have extensive knowledge of ecommerce technologies and tactics.Must have understanding with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions to implement new ecommerce strategies.Must have proven success in developing and rapidly growing digital D2C brands.An ambassador of our Core Value: Teamwork, Honesty, Commitment, Passion and Positive Attitude.
