A highly regarded boutique law firm is seeking an emerging associate attorney to grow with their recognized practice. We are searching for a motivated, detail-oriented associate attorney interested in fighting for workers' rights in a variety of labor and employment disputes. Associate attorneys collaborate with senior attorneys and staff, assisting in all aspects of litigation and taking on increased responsibility. This is the perfect role for an associate attorney looking to build expertise in litigation and employment law.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and assist with all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparationConduct legal research and draft legal documents such as complaints, briefs, and related correspondenceParticipate in client interviews, strategy discussions, and depositionsRepresent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court appearancesWork collaboratively with senior attorneys on case strategy and client managementQualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the California State Bar0-2 years of litigation experience (plaintiff experience preferred)Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsPassion for employment law and commitment to fighting for employee rightsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentBenefits:
