Position Overview:
MLR Healthcare is seeking a certified Radiation Therapist to join our oncology team. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering radiation therapy treatments while ensuring patient comfort and safety at every step.
Key Responsibilities:Administer radiation therapy treatments according to established protocols and physician instructions.Prepare and position patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort and safety.Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, following strict safety guidelines.Collaborate with oncologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust treatment plans.Monitor patients for side effects, offering necessary support and education.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.Qualifications:
