POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a
Business Analyst
to provide dedicated support for the Anthology application, along with other enterprise systems such as EAB Navigate, CourseLeaf, Coursedog, and Canvas. This role involves managing ERP systems, identifying opportunities for improving business practices, and ensuring seamless integration between various applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide dedicated support for Anthology, ensuring smooth application performance and optimal functionality.Assist in the configuration and administration of ERP systems, focusing on relational data and system integrity.Serve as the primary contact for technical support related to Anthology, EAB Navigate, CourseLeaf, Coursedog, Canvas, and other integrated systems.Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, coordinating with vendors for resolution as needed.Collaborate with business departments to understand workflows and improve application usage to meet business needs.Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and system performance reporting.Document system configurations, troubleshooting processes, and user guides to maintain accurate records.Provide user training and ongoing support to promote optimal use of Anthology and related applications.QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support, ideally with Anthology or similar enterprise systems.Experience with at least one of the following tools is highly preferred: EAB Navigate, CourseLeaf, Coursedog, Canvas, ACI payment gateway, or Anthology.Proficiency with ERP systems and relational databases.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in complex system troubleshooting.Excellent communication skills for working with technical teams and end-users alike.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience in higher education is a plus.
