Associate Attorney

with

4+ years

of experience in

business, banking , and/or

commercial litigation

Job Description:

As an

Associate Attorney , you will have the opportunity to work on complex

business ,

banking , and

commercial litigation

matters. The firm handles both

plaintiff

and

defense

work, offering a unique and diverse range of cases. You will work closely with senior attorneys and clients, providing strategic legal advice and drafting legal documents. While the firm values litigation skills, there is also a strong emphasis on finding creative solutions and exploring alternatives to litigation when appropriate.

Responsibilities:Handle a diverse caseload of

business ,

banking , and

commercial litigation

matters, including disputes over contracts, banking transactions, corporate governance, fraud, and more.Work on both

plaintiff

and

defense

cases.Draft and review

pleadings, motions,

and

discovery

materials.Conduct

legal research

and

case analysis

to develop effective litigation strategies.Attend

depositions ,

mediations , and

court hearings

as necessary.Provide timely and effective

client communication

and keep clients updated on case status.Collaborate with team members and contribute to overall firm strategy.Work efficiently to meet

billable hour requirements

(1,800 hours per year).Explore

alternative dispute resolution

(ADR) options such as settlement negotiations and arbitration.Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD)

degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in

Pennsylvania

(additional bar admissions a plus).4+ years of experience

in

business ,

banking , and/or

commercial litigation .Experience handling both

plaintiff and defense work

is preferred.Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.A proactive problem-solver who understands that litigation is not always the best solution.Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.Must meet the firm’s

billable hour requirements
