is looking for a skilled Helpdesk / Desktop Support Specialist to join our IT team. This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees across the organization, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay/Salary Range:
$23.00/HR to $27/HR W2
Key Responsibilities:Resolve end-user issues with hardware, software, and network access via phone, email, and in-person support.Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware.Document issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system and escalate as needed.Manage user accounts, permissions, and support onboarding/offboarding processes.Maintain equipment inventory and assist with basic IT training for users.Qualifications:
1-3 years in helpdesk or desktop support.Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts.Strong customer service and communication skills.Preferred: Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and relevant certifications.If you are interested in this position, then please click APPLY NOW.
