Our client in the banking sector is seeking an Enterprise Risk Manager to join their team. As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will be part of the Risk Management department supporting the bank's risk framework. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in enterprise risk management within the banking or financial services industry.

What's the Job?
Develop, implement, and manage the bank's enterprise risk management (ERM) framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, best practices, and organizational objectives.Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks that may impact the bank, using data analysis and predictive models.Develop key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics to monitor risk exposures across the organization, ensuring prompt identification of emerging risks.Act as a key advisor to senior management and the board on risk-related matters, providing insight into potential risk exposures and recommended actions.Leverage risk management software and data analytics tools to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of risk monitoring.What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, PRM, CFA) is preferred.5+ years of experience in enterprise risk management within the banking or financial services industry.Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III, Dodd-Frank Act) and risk management frameworks.Proficient in data analysis, risk assessment methodologies, and risk reporting tools.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.What's in it for me?
