Their portfolio consists of over 55 properties in the Greater Boston area. They are actively hiring for a Construction Manager/ SPM to join their team. Job Description
The Construction Manager will be responsible for:
Develop project plans: create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with architects, engineers, and contractorsStakeholder Coordination: work closely with internal teams as well as external stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned with business objectivesCost Estimation: prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are accounted for and the project stays within budgetFinancial Reporting: Regularly report on the financial status of projects to senior management, highlighting any variances and proposing corrective actions if necessaryQuality Control: Implement and enforce quality control standards, ensuring all work meets their quality requirements and complies with relevant building codes and regulationsCommunication and reportingProject closeoutMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
The Successful candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in a Senior Project Management of Construction ManagementA Bachelors Degree in a construction related fieldExperience with a Developer, OPM, or GC in the areaExperience with High End interiors or ground up projectsWhat's on Offer
The candidate will receive:
