Contracts and Pricing Associate

Basic FunctionHF Sinclair is seeking a Contracts and Pricing Associate who will be responsible for capturing and maintaining standard agreements, customer data, vendor data, and SAP contracts dealing with the purchase, sale or exchange of feedstocks and products under general supervision. Provide additional marketing support including pricing, terminal access, dispatch, invoice coding and MSDS distribution.Job DutiesEnsures all HollyFrontier contracts and pricing are accurate, complete and delivered in a timely manner
Communicates with marketing personnel, customers and other departments regarding contracts and pricing
Distributes new customer information packets
Creates and maintains agreements and master data customer, vendor and contract forms (deal sheets)
Downloads pricing data for price survey, verification, analysis and notification
Assists with sales, budget, pricing and other marketing reports
Creates and maintains loading numbers, customer clearance and terminal access agreements
Assists with terminal reports, customer allocations and dispatch
Creates SAP Ticketing for bulk purchase and sales movements
Performs AP Coding for marketing invoices
Assists with yearly MSDS notification and distribution to new customers
Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their manager, as determined from timeto time in their sole and complete discretion.
ExperienceA minimum of two years related work experience required.Preferred Experience:Zero to two years in the petroleum industry work experience.Education LevelHigh School diploma or equivalent.Preferred Education Level:Bachelor's degree in business or in a technical discipline.Required SkillsAbility to apply basic clerical and data entry assignments based on pre-established guidelines. Proficient with Microsoft products. Familiar with the mechanics of a contract and pricing.
