Our board-certified therapists specialize in Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies within post-acute rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, home settings, and outpatient locations.

Job Responsibilities:

Adhere to CPT's policies and procedures for providing therapy services, aligned with the goals of both CPT and the facility.

Maintain high standards of rehabilitation services.

Perform necessary administrative duties to support the rehab department's daily operations.

Build strong rapport with patients, families, third-party payers, and others involved in patient care.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).

Licensed, certified, or registered as an Occupational Therapist in Illinois or Wisconsin.

Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

Adheres to the AOTA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) preferred.

Knowledge of Net Health is a plus, though training is available for the right candidate.
