We're proud to have been certified as a Great place to work the last four years.Position Overview:The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ordering HVAC/Plumbing parts and equipment, inputting data into various inventory software applications, developing job kits for Service/Install technicians, conducting inventory processes, and delivering parts to field employees as needed.Responsibilities:Ordering HVAC parts and equipmentInputting data into various software applicationsDeveloping job kits for Service/Install techniciansConducting inventory processesDeliver parts to field employees as neededLifts/moves heating and air-conditioning equipment into positionMoves equipment up and down stairways and into confined spaces as requiredLoading and unloading delivery vehiclesAccepting delivery of inventoryCounting and confirming inventory of deliveriesInspecting delivered inventory for damage or faults prior to acceptingMaking and labeling stock equipmentStoring inventory in an accessible manner for Service/Install techsAdditional ad hoc responsibilities as assignedJob Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDValid Drivers' LicenseBasic to intermediate Microsoft applications skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, TEAMS)Organization skillsWarehouse inventory experience preferredKnowledge of HVAC parts and equipment preferredAbility to work effectively with fellow employees, customers, and general publicAbility to work full-timeAbility to work overtime as neededIn Return We Offer:Competitive compensationCareer development and advancement opportunitiesCompany provided uniformFriendly, open and team-oriented work atmosphereExcellent benefits including generous medical, vision, dental and life & disability insurance401(k) plan with a company matchPaid time offEligibility to enroll in up to two HomeServe coverage plans paid for by the companyMinimum Physical Requirements:The physical demands described represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
