Each location provides individualized care in a private setting for procedures including IVIG, Hemophilia, Chemotherapy, TPN, and Pain Management.

The successful execution of River's Edge Pharmacy's growth strategy led to the opening of a total of nine infusion locations and two pharmacies in California.

Position Overview:The National Director of Sales will oversee the execution of sales strategies and operations, initially focusing on the California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas markets. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leadership role requires a candidate with significant experience in specialty pharmacy sales and a proven track record of leading and growing sales teams at a national scale.
Key Accountabilities:
Develops and implements strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services across targeted markets.Manages sales operating budgets.Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.Develops and recommends product positioning and pricing strategies to maximize market share.Oversees market channel development and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.Monitors competitor products and sales activities to adjust sales strategy as needed.Meets with key clients, assisting sales representatives in maintaining relationships, negotiating, and closing deals.Represents the company at trade association meetings to promote products.Coordinates liaison between sales department and other related units.Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.Reviews and analyzes sales performance against programs and quotas to determine effectiveness.Provides input into product research and development, ensuring sales perspective is represented.Key Interactions:Internal:

DOE: $160,000 - $190,000 / year
Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
