Job Description
The Supervisor, Insights and Engagement Planner will manage a cross-functional, brand-level, shared-services team that supports marketing clients and agency Account teams. by providing 1) proprietary strategic insights (market, category, audience, etc); 2) strategically driven promotional media planning and implementation; and 3) associated analytics measurement and reporting. This team serves as a partner to PACIFIC agency teams with institutional knowledge and deep brand expertise.
This is a hybrid role and requires the ability to commute to our Irvine, CA office at least 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
Supervise a team of cross-functional employees, including insights strategists, media planners and buyers, and analytics specialists resourced to approved Scopes of Work
Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including planning, delivery, and reporting of programs and metrics
Serve as lead point of contact for daily operations of the Insights, Media, Analytics shared-services team
Integrate internally with agency Account teams and marketing colleagues for full understanding of client and brand strategic imperatives
Maintain external partnerships and stakeholders, including marketing colleagues, agency teams, publishing companies, digital partners, platform vendors, commercial partners
Oversee development of strategic insights from proprietary data/information subscriptions and sources
Oversee HCP media operations, including all planning, buying, management, and reporting responsibilities
Oversee metrics and data reporting of marketing programs, dashboards, and social listening
Comply with delivery of media data reporting per AbbVie SOPs · Provide internal education as center of excellence for industry trends and technologies for agency
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, BA or BS required
5+ years of planning and management experience
Strong brand strategy and integrated planning skills
Ability to perform insight mining, data analysis and interpretation
Skilled at social intelligence, market research and competitive monitoring
Excellent media planning and program management skills·
Ability to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
