Business Data Analyst

Job Summary:
Our team is responsible for creating and developing flexible applications that determine which members are eligible for dialing based on configurable business rules. We balance many features in our applications such as legal compliance, member abrasion, financial goals, and client expectations. Reporting is needed to identify data issues as well as track performance for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
•Refine, maintain, and develop proprietary operations dialer loading process
•Manage the client intake requests and build into ad-hoc requests
•Develop new capability to incorporate target campaigns
•Establish process to report model output and achieve historical data
•Provide ad-hoc analysis based on output to business to address short-term/long-term concerns
•Work with other teams to incorporate models outputs into downstream processes
•Control quality of workflow and document the process
•Enhance the accuracy of model outputs to optimize operational performance and achieve financial targets
Required Qualifications:
•4+ years of experience performing data analysis and reporting development
•4+ years of experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures with relational databases
•Intermediate level of proficiency in MS packages
•Ability to plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot complex technology, software, and system solutions
•Understanding of statistical tools
•Experience with SSIS or other tools to move data between platforms
