We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers, and find a place where they belong.Role PurposeReporting to the Facilities Manager or the Assistant Facilities Manager, the role of Senior Facilities Coordinator has been created to assist in all maintenance and small project areas to ensure that the FM services area delivered to the highest standards.What this job involvesAssessing building maintenance issues by conducting walks of the building and recording the findings, including owning any follow-up needed for corrective actions.Working with the Assistant Facilities Manager, Facilities Manager, and broader facilities team to deliver hard and soft services within established service level agreements.Perform small handyman repairs excluding work requiring certifications. Work to include patching and painting, repairing and assembling furniture or fixtures, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, plumbing requests.Managing and coordinating vendor work from beginning to end to deliver facilities repairs and small maintenance projects.Create, dispatch, manage, and monitor all work orders for the site.Create and share internal and external professional communications with key stakeholders.Monitoring stock levels of Stationery and Consumables used by Employees and placing orders with suppliers.Managing and delivering internal moves within the building or area with the Facilities Manager and broader facilities team.Working with Facilities Manager and Moves and Changes team to maintain floor plans.Manage or assist in setting up in-house and external events as and when required.Supporting the Assistant Facilities Manager or Facilities Manager as and when required regarding vendor management and Soft Service delivery.Managing fire wardens and first aiders and assist with scheduling training and refresher training as necessary.Upkeep and review of Manuals, Handbooks, Guidance notes, etc.Support of Meeting and Events – including white glove level coordinated service and event setups and strikes.Be aware of basic procedures, courier suppliers, and all external key contacts.Other tasks and duties as required.Sounds like you? To apply you need to be / have:Practical knowledge of how to diagnose and perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing building systems.Previous experience of working within a high-profile facilities maintenance corporate environment.Any maintenance trade certifications (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry) preferred.Pro-active and hands-on – happy to support other Team members.Previous reception or hospitality experience would be beneficial.Knowledge of Facilities Management processes.IT Skills, Outlook, Excel, Word.Excellent attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a busy workload.Customer service background essential.What you can expect from us:You’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
