$49,000 - $70,000The Facilities Coordinator provides general overall FM services including continuous monitoring of the facility. Engage with client contacts at all assigned facilities to ensure work orders are scheduled properly and work is executed to satisfaction. Work with property managers to handle routine property management operations, including procurement of property supplies and services, assisting with other general duties as requested.What is your day to day?Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team’s goals and objectives.Manage the work order flow for all assigned facilities.Coordinate scheduling of PMs with NG On Site FM Team and Vendor.Coordinate scheduling of reactive WO with On Site NG Team and Vendor.First point of contact for emergency requests via JLL Help Desk.Manage and maintain small facility management tasks as assigned.Coordinate special events in support of client or JLL, as needed.Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities.Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility.Act as an interface with clients, visitors, and guests.Ensure appropriate follow-up with customers.Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within the client environment with minimal disruption.Understand Key Performance Indicators and ensure all work is executed in a manner that meets or exceeds expectations.Participate in regularly scheduled performance meetings.Desired experience and technical skillsRequired3+ years’ experience with Facility or Property Administration.GED or High school diploma.Superior customer service skills and orientation.Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have the capability of customizing administrative reports.PreferredAbility to plan and manage work under time constraints.Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal, and people skills.Strong organizational skills and collaborative style.5+ years’ experience with facility or property administration in a manufacturing environment.Estimated total compensation for this position:
