Hourly Rate: $19.00-20.00
Responsibilities:
Inspect, verify incoming materials and components against purchase ordersDocument inspection results, report to departmentsConduct inspections at various stages of the assembly process to ensure complianceIdentify and report defects or inconsistencies in the assembly line, collaborate with production teamsPerform final inspections of finished projects before shipment to verify quality, safety standardsDocumentation and reporting, accurately document all inspection activities and corrective actions in quality management systemsCollaborate with Quality Control Manager to refine inspection processes and implement improvementRequirements
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in quality inspection or related fieldExperience 2-4 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or assembly environment, preferably with electric productsMust be able to use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers and electrical testing instrumentsGood communication skills, able to work with different teamsKnowledge in calibration and equipment maintenanceASQ certification and experience a plus
