We are looking for a motivated
Entry-Level Quality Inspector
to join our team and assist with quality assurance processes. This role is perfect for individuals with a keen eye for detail who are interested in starting a career in quality control and inspection. The ideal candidate will ensure that products meet our quality standards and support our production team by performing inspections, recording data, and identifying defects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform
visual inspections
of products and components for quality assurance.Use basic
measurement tools
(such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges) to verify product dimensions.Record inspection results and any discrepancies in quality control logs.Identify and report defects or inconsistencies in products.Ensure products meet established
quality standards
before final approval.Assist in
documentation
of inspection processes and findings.Communicate with the production team to address quality issues and recommend corrective actions.Help maintain
clean and organized inspection areas
and tools.Support
continuous improvement initiatives
by providing feedback on product quality.Participate in
training sessions
to develop inspection skills and improve accuracy.Follow all
safety and quality control procedures
to ensure a safe working environment.Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent .Strong
attention to detail
and accuracy in performing inspections.Ability to
follow instructions
and work within established guidelines.Basic knowledge of
measurement tools
(calipers, micrometers, etc.) is a plus but not required.Good
communication skills
for reporting issues and collaborating with team members.Basic
computer skills
for data entry and logging inspection results.Ability to work effectively in a
team-oriented environment .Willingness to learn and participate in
training programs
to enhance inspection skills.
