Aon is currently recruiting an Administrative / Compliance Support Specialist to join our Captive Insurance and Management team in Burlington Vermont. This role will be primarily responsible for supporting a team of colleagues who service clients in the captive insurance industry by handling reporting requirements, maintaining supporting documentation and assisting with internal compliance requirements.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Burlington, VT office.

What the day will look like

Provide a high level of customer service and assistance to clients, and fellow co-workers both inside and outside of the immediate team.

Assist with new client and colleague onboarding.

Manage new clients, existing clients, tracking and reporting in a specialized compliance platform.

Assist with oversight/reporting/documenting contractual exceptions

Provide back-up for administrative team in treasury activities, front desk and reception and ad-hoc reporting for clients and internal compliance
