To strengthen our Captive Management Team in Zurich we are looking for a:Captive Manager 100% (m/f/d)Aon Insurance Managers Switzerland provides tailor made captive services to its clients in Switzerland. We are looking to recruit a Captive Manager to work as part of a dedicated team who are responsible for the day-to-day management of captive companies.Key ResponsibilitiesFrequently exchange with colleagues, clients, insurers, auditors, authorities and other service providersConsult and support captive clients and function holders in day-to-day business and company developmentBe responsible for regulatory matters, corresponding with FINMA requirements and completion of necessary reports and regulatory returnsAssume responsibility for workstreams and company functions or assisting other workstream leaders and function holders (General Manager, Risk Officer, Compliance Officer), as appropriateProvide assistance on Risk and Compliance matters to clients and colleagues as requiredReview and interpret contractual documentation to resolve appropriate accounting treatmentPrepare for and attend board and committee meetings, present assigned matters and key information to executivesReview of management accounts, trial balances, statutory accounts, and all other reporting requirements.
