About the RoleThe Marketing Intern will assist the Marketing Division with executing key seasonal initiatives. This position will gain exposure to multiple divisions within Marketing including Direct Marketing, Special Events, Loyalty Club, Advertising/Brand, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and PR. The role will also work cross-functionally with many departments across Ocean such as Entertainment, Hotel, Food & Beverage, Casino, IT and more.Position ResponsibilitiesAssist team with special projectsSupport new venue launchesServe as an ambassador of Ocean RewardsProvide support at onsite and offsite eventsSupport Marketing with operational and support tasks as assignedEssential FunctionsExposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment.Must be able to move throughout the Casino/Hotel areasRequirementsWhat’s RequiredExcellent organizational and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeSkills in any of the following areas a plus: social media, copywriting, photography/videography, design/Adobe Creative Suite experience, website CMS/content entryAbility to effectively communicate in EnglishBenefitsFree meal on shiftTraining & Development
