Our team is expanding and we are excited to bring on an Asset Management Lead. We’re looking for someone who has experience and is well-versed in IT asset management, is passionate about optimizing processes and ensuring seamless operations, and thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics to track and manage departmental KPIs and SLAs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and continuous improvement of performance metricsBe the primary escalation point to triage, investigate and resolve operational escalationsFoster effective communication between team members and stakeholdersPartner with Asset Management Specialists on task prioritization, ensuring team deadlines are metDevelop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) as neededCoordinate with 3PL providers for smooth daily operationsContinually assess existing processes and proactively make recommendations to management for process improvement, especially in areas where ownership is ambiguousPartner with the Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulationsMaintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as the liaison to resolve issues when neededLead and manage internal projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder sign-offProactively seek opportunities to coach (where applicable) and share knowledge with team membersPrepare and maintain documentation in order to support cross-functional enablementGenerate flowcharts and visual aids in order to support cross-functional enablementEnsure timely resolution of action requests and ticket prioritizationProvide recommendations to optimize the team’s ticketing system and enable team members on best practices for effective queue management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree3+ years of experience in IT asset management or supply chain rolesStrong potential for leadership and team management responsibilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to develop and implement SOPsPassionate about process improvementExperience in vendor managementProficiency in project management and time managementKnowledge of industry regulations and complianceStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficient in using ticketing systems and other relevant software tools
