Job Description:As an Executive Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and creativity. Your responsibilities will include:Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of talented chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Menu Development:

Assist in developing and executing innovative menus that reflect the latest culinary trends and our unique Asian-inspired concept.Food Quality:

Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.Inventory Management:

Manage inventory levels, reduce food costs, and optimize purchasing strategies.Staff Training:

Conduct regular training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge.Kitchen Operations:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including scheduling, production, and sanitation.Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant.Strong culinary skills and a deep understanding of Asian cuisine.Excellent leadership and management abilities.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
