Sr. Data Analyst

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze complex datasets to provide insights, detect trends, and make recommendations to improve business performance.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand key business questions and develop data models and visualizations to address those needs.Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting data quality checks and implementing data cleansing processes.Support the automation of data reporting processes and optimize data workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.Proficiency with SQL and experience in querying large datasets.Strong skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Python or R for data analysis.Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
