Product Data AnalystContractRemote work• Analyze A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of product changes and optimize performance.• Provide recommendations on product enhancements based on data-driven insights and monitor the ROI of product initiatives.• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve data infrastructure and ensure data accuracy and completeness.• Lead the automation of recurring reports and deep-dive analyses to provide ongoing visibility into product metrics.

Qualifications:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.• 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role, with a strong focus on software products or technology.• Proficiency with Amplitude and other product analytics tools.• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases for querying and manipulating large datasets.• Strong experience with Tableau and/or Looker for building and maintaining high-quality data visualizations and dashboards.• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations.• Experience automating data collection, reporting, and dashboard generation.• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis to measure product performance.• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus.

Ideal Candidate:• Someone who is looking to move into a lead role and shape the data analytics function from the ground up.• Comfortable working in a new position with minimal legacy processes, and able to establish best practices.• Able to partner effectively with product management and engineering teams to identify opportunities and drive data-informed decision-making.• Familiar with dashboarding tools like Tableau or Looker and able to use them to create insightful visualizations.• Experience with product analytics tools, preferably Amplitude, but familiarity with similar tools like Pendo is also valuable.• Strong grounding in data analysis and automation, with the ability to use Python or R for advanced data processing.Additional Note:Senior/Lead level Product Data Analyst role.
