About the Role:This
full-time, fully remote
role comes with the unique opportunity to oversee a high-profile, multi-year project. As the
Senior PMO Project Manager , you will lead the Project Management Office’s initiatives, developing comprehensive project plans, managing timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of the modernization project—a crucial piece to improve child support services. This role is fully remote with occasional pre-planned travel for specific meetings.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and oversee detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with child support regulations.Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain clear, effective communication with stakeholders.Monitor project timelines, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently to achieve project milestones.Utilize
Agile
and
Waterfall
methodologies to optimize project management processes.Maintain oversight of KPIs and reporting through the data warehouse for informed decision-making.Ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery of all project phases.
Qualifications:Experience with Statewide Child Support Programs and/or Federal Child Support Reporting and Integration activities required.Experience managing IV & V, SQA, or DDI projects preferred.Experience creating shared tools, templates, reporting formats for PMO dissemination preferred.Experience in OCM, Integrated Master Schedule management a plus.Experience with budgeting and forecasting.Experience in risk and issue management.Strong analytical, communication, and project planning skills.Demonstrated experience managing complex budgets and resources effectively.Proficiency with
Agile
and
Waterfall
project management methodologies.PMP certification
or
PMBOK
knowledge required.Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years relevant experience required.
