$120K - $130K annual base + 10% annual bonus
Primary Purpose:The Facilities & EHS Manager oversees facility maintenance, environmental compliance, and safety standards to ensure efficient, cost-effective production support. Key responsibilities include managing equipment, coordinating preventive maintenance, overseeing external service contracts, and driving continuous safety and sustainability improvements.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs for systems like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, chemical delivery, and cleanroom controlsEnsure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies for building operations and safetyManage preventive and predictive maintenance, inventory control, and coordinate CapEx projects and system upgradesLead EHS compliance, risk assessments, and safety evaluations, while driving site-wide safety and risk reduction initiativesCollaborate with the Global EHS Manager on strategic programs, sustainability efforts, and energy-saving initiativesServe as the primary contact for EHS audits, inspections, and emergency response coordinationLead site safety teams, manage accident investigations, and implement corrective actions
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field5+ years in Facilities Management and EHS within semiconductor manufacturing, specializing in cleanroom and critical utilitiesSkilled in facility operations (HVAC, electrical, maintenance) and project management for infrastructure upgradesStrong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and semiconductor safety regulations, with experience in risk management and EHS programsProven leadership in mentoring teams, promoting safety culture, and working with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodiesRelevant certifications and proficiency in EHS software and ISO compliance (ISO14001, IATF16949)
