Director – Engagement Leader, Analytics
You will be responsible forCandidate is expected to lead client discussions to provide insights that will help drive decisions for better outcomes. The role needs to lead cross-functional teams and deliver solutions, insights, based on detailed functional analysis. The role is expected to proactively understand the client needs, judiciously evaluate their existing strategies concerning healthcare professionals, patients and other critical stakeholders.Expected impact:
Candidate should be able to deliver and improve commercial performance in the evolving landscape of pharma lifecycle.Job PostingClient Relationship:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within pharmaceutical client organizationsAct as the primary point of contact for client interactions, understanding their business objectives, and translating them into actionable analytics projects.Collaborate closely with clients to identify opportunities for value creation through data-driven insights and recommendations.Delivery of actionable insights: Lead actionable insights from high-quality data and personalize customer experiences by segmenting physicians based on the patients they treat, the drugs they are likely to prescribe, the preferred channels, their online behaviors and the Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)Analyse the shift in clients preference for communication platforms and channels and formulate appropriate strategies to disseminate informationLead cross-functional teams to pilot and implement client solutions focusing on client satisfaction.Lead engagements pertaining to any of the areas like Segmentation, Targeting, Market Mix Modeling, Promotion Response, Digital Analytics, etc.Develop innovative analytical solutions to address specific business questions and optimize commercial strategies across various stages of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle.Present insights with findings and recommendations to clients in a compelling story form amd data visualization techniques.Team Leadership and Project Management:Lead a team of analysts and consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive high performance and professional development.Oversee the execution of analytical projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and quality standards.Coordinate cross-functional efforts within the team and across departments to address complex client challenges effectively.Must have:15+ years' strong Consulting experience in Commercial Analytics & Pharma / Life Sciences domainBachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) preferred.Rich experience of having delivered consulting projects to Pharma clients for the US market, should have understanding of 2 areas like – omnichannel analytics, digital analytics, sales force analytics etc.Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering impactful analytics solutions to drive business outcomes.Relevant experience on tools such as MS Excel, R, SQL, Python, Tableau, and PowerBI.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of analysts and consultants.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.Proven ability to frame a business issue, design the right solution, and deliver results.Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement in analytics methodologies and practices.Familiarity/expertise in pharmaceutical data sets, such as prescriber-plan data, patient-level data, transactional claims, EMR/EHR data, SPP Hub data, diagnostic data, etc., is a big plus.EQUAL OPPORTUNITYIndegene is proud to be an Equal Employment Employer and is committed to the culture of Inclusion and Diversity.
