ProspectBlue seeks a Commercial Painting Project Manager for a great client here in Richmond, VA!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Deliver services at targeted gross profit by managing crew efficiency and materials and equipment to complete jobs at or below estimates.Capture, a clear scope of work from the Sales & Estimating Department to ensure that it is followed by the field.Set up and maintaining each project from start to finish.Manage all communication with client and Project Manager regarding all submittals, drawdowns, scheduling, scope changes (RFIs, ASIs, Change Orders), color/product approval, and other contract concerns, and update Sales and Production Team.Ensure that clients are satisfied.Continually look for and implement better, more efficient and effective ways to do the work.BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:At least 5 years of General Contracting project management experience on either the GC or subcontractor side of the business.Good computer skills.A strong attention to detail.Skill in successfully resolving customer problems.Knowledge and experience in commercial painting a plus.
