We have an outstanding opportunity for a Sourcing Manager responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing reliable suppliers to meet our quality, price, and delivery requirements. They manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement process to ensure timely, cost-effective, and sustainable sourcing. By aligning sourcing strategies with business goals, the Sourcing Manager supports product innovation, optimizes supply chain efficiency, and upholds quality standards to drive the company's competitive edge in the market.

The Sourcing Manager plays a critical role within the sourcing and production department, bridging design, production, and supply chain teams to secure quality materials that align with the company’s cost and sustainability goals. Reporting directly to the VP of Sourcing and Production, this role supports the strategic sourcing vision, oversees supplier management, and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient material procurement. By managing relationships and coordinating with suppliers, the manager ensures alignment with broader business objectives, from cost savings to product quality and timely delivery.

This is a full-time role based in our corporate office in Sherman Oaks, California.

Some international travel may be required to conduct site audits, build supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts directly with sourcing partners.What Your Day Looks LikeKey responsibilities include:Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with company goals.Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and compliance standards.Manage supplier relationships, ensuring contract adherence and production timelines.Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers.Monitor market trends to optimize sourcing decisions.Conduct on-site audits of suppliers to maintain quality control.Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams.Track and report on sourcing performance metrics.Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing practices.Forecast material needs based on sales projections.Troubleshoot supply chain issues as they arise.Evaluate and approve material samples and prototypes.Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess.Support cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality.Maintain clear, organized documentation for sourcing activities.

What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, fashion merchandising, or a related field.5+ years of experience in apparel sourcing, supply chain, or procurement.Proficiency in sourcing software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PLM systems).Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Knowledge of textile materials, garment construction, and production processes.Experience with supplier audits and compliance.Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel internationally as required.
