FabFitFun is searching for a Sourcing Manager to join our Operations team! This position will report to the Senior Director, Sourcing. Ideal candidates have an advanced level of knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.

Location: FabFitFun is based in the Greater Los Angeles area in West Hollywood, CA. This role will be expected to work in a hybrid environment and will not be eligible for remote.

What You’ll Do

Own the sourcing process for products, and is accountable for key milestones including samples, quotations, cost breakdowns, approvals.

Vet and manage the capacity and production schedules through delivery for all Box manufacturing in coordination with the production team.

Create technical specification packages for all developed merchandise including materials, measurements, and packaging used for production.

Oversee supplier management processes and hold suppliers accountable to FFF requirements.

Drive sourcing processes and procedures to support management of supplier performance, supplier selection strategy, capacity planning, cost negotiations, and analysis of profitability.

Accountable for the selection of vendors to manufacture products for FFF.

Prepare bi-annual performance reviews for suppliers, monitor, and track their KPIs, deliver the review, and manage ongoing supplier performance.

Drive accountability back to supplier and ensure vendors deliver quality product on time.

Build and maintain supplier management tools.

Develop relationships with cross-functional partners in Finance, Legal, Merchandise, and product to ensure teams are clear on Sourcing’s direction.

Be the in-house expert on manufacturing techniques and provide alternate production and material options to mitigate costs and production risks.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in project management, sourcing, product development, purchasing or supply chain management with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development.

Bachelor’s degree in Sourcing, Supply Chain or related field.

High degree of emotional intelligence and empathy; able to build relationships with different cultures from around the world.

Ability to create strategic plans and execute them.

Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate business strategy into Sourcing initiatives in a highly dynamic business environment.

Solutions focused, comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables including the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.

Strong internal and external customer focus.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

The expected base salary for this position is $90,000-$100,000 + bonus. The compensation package will also include an initial equity grant, in addition to a range of generous medical, dental, vision and other perks & benefits. Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, and education / certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications.
