Job Title: Tier 1 Helpdesk Support TechnicianContract for Hire, Onsite Glendale, $21-$26/hrQualifications:Strong troubleshooting skills for software and hardware issuesA+ CertificationExperience with Windows Domain ServersProficient in desktop support and end-user assistanceSome college education or technical certification preferredExperience with phone systems (VoIP)Ability to conduct routine tech support and system testing for ongoing maintenanceJob Expectations:Participate in company meetings and complete required trainingSet personal performance goals aligned with company standards and engage in performance reviewsFollow work rules, procedures, and supervisor instructionsContinuously learn business terminology and stay updated on technological advancementsBe adaptable and available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as neededAdhere to the Company's Personal Appearance policy and maintain a professional appearanceProvide excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction and addressing needs with priorityCommunicate effectively and courteously with customers and colleaguesCollaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectivesMaintain a clean and organized workspace, practicing safe work habitsKey Responsibilities:Assist the IT Manager in maintaining and supporting technological systems, ensuring proper functioning through routine testing and maintenanceTroubleshoot and resolve system software, hardware, and network-related issuesEscalate issues to the appropriate support team when necessaryAssist in building, repairing, and maintaining computers and other hardware as neededSet up and configure workstations, printers, copiers, and antivirus softwareProvide technical support to end-users, responding to requests and resolving issuesSupport the relocation and installation of end-user hardware and VoIP phone systemsThis position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous learning and delivering high-quality technical support.
