This role is essential in managing accounts, issuing quotes, and addressing enrollment inquiries while fostering strong client relationships that drive revenue growth.
Job Overview:In this position, you will handle the daily operations of client account management. You will contribute to crafting competitive proposals and maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure their needs are met. Additionally, you'll monitor government solicitation platforms for potential bidding opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in documenting industry briefings and collaborating with potential partners, while analyzing acquisition forecasts and competitor activities.Conduct preliminary analysis of solicitations and prepare responses to inquiries.Provide timely responses to client communications and internal stakeholder inquiries.Ensure all proposals are submitted punctually and adhere to solicitation requirements.Participate in regular bid meetings and assist in briefing leadership on bid status and outcomes.Collaborate with team members on bid pricing and identify growth opportunities, including certifications and new training programs.Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures for the department.Safeguard sensitive proposal information and maintain competitive advantages.Accurately log quote and bid results in the company database.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Technical Writing, or a related field.Experience in a small to mid-sized business is preferred.Familiarity with government contracting is a plus; a strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential.Comfortable in a client-facing role with regular communication through calls and emails.Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.Proficient in data entry, research, persuasive writing, and interpreting complex documents.Committed to professional growth and continuous learning.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and client service orientation.Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Collaborative, respectful, and professional approach when working with stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce and online research tools is advantageous.
