A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to provide comprehensive legal support on a broad range of corporate and compliance issues, including regulatory matters, employment law, corporate governance, contracts, and private equity transactions. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in corporate law, including experience in mergers, acquisitions, and private equity. The successful candidate will contribute to the firm’s growth and development by offering legal counsel on complex business transactions and working closely with clients on strategic matters.Duties:Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various corporate law issues.Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and contractual matters.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings related to corporate matters.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.Stay informed on legislative and regulatory developments impacting business operations.Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.Provide counsel on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and similar transactions from inception to integration.Participate in business development activities, including networking events, speaking engagements, and leadership in legal industry groups.Requirements:Strong legal research skills using tools such as Westlaw or Lexis-Nexis.Exceptional drafting abilities with high attention to detail.Experience in negotiating contracts and managing complex transactions.Proven transactional experience in a corporate or in-house legal environment.Ability to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.Clear and effective communication skills, both written and oral.Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and external counsel.Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Deep understanding of corporate law, including governance, compliance, and best practices.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership in the Florida Bar Association.Skills:Expertise in corporate law and transactional matters.Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Company infoBCG Attorney Search801 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900MiamiFloridaUnited States 33131Phone :
