Advise clients on their legal rights and draft case-related legal documents.Attend pretrial hearings and provide strategic advice to clients following each hearing.Manage court appearances, trial preparation, drafting motions, witness interviews, and legal research.Analyze potential outcomes based on legal precedents and case details.Oversee a workload of cases, ensuring thorough preparation and strategy development.Provide detailed legal analysis to determine possible case benefits for clients.Gather additional evidence to support the client’s case or counter prosecution charges.Prepare clients for depositions, set case strategy goals, and gather insights from witnesses and experts.Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Criminal Defense.Proficient in handling complex criminal cases at federal, state, and local levels.Strong team player open to collaboration and strategic planning with associates.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.Exceptional interpersonal skills.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications
Admission to the state bar.Skills
Strong analytical and legal research abilities.Excellent case management and organizational skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in trial preparation and court procedures.
