This role offers the opportunity to engage in significant national and regional transactions with direct client contact.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, leasing, development, and finance.Draft, review, and negotiate sale and purchase agreements, commercial leases, development-related agreements, and loan documents.Conduct diligence efforts, including title and survey reviews.Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure successful transaction outcomes.Provide expert legal advice and guidance on complex real estate matters.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and market trends.Requirements:Admission to practice law in Virginia.4-6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.Demonstrated ability to handle a wide range of real estate transactions and legal documents.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Licensed to practice law in Virginia.Skills:Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proven experience with large regional or national law firms.Ability to work on national transactions and manage direct client interactions.Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
