Active and in good standing with the California State Bar.Minimum of 4 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on probate or trust law.Proven courtroom experience, with a track record of successful case management.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.Capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in the state of California.Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.Strong interpersonal skills for client communication and team collaboration.Superior legal writing, research, and document drafting abilities.
