Water Resources Discipline Manager

We are searching for a Water Resources Discipline Manager to lead our team responsible for water/wastewater infrastructure projects performed out of our Greenville Office. In this position, you'll handle diverse projects by leading project teams, providing financial oversight and accountability, and assisting with business development.
Responsibilities:
Project execution through active management of controls such as safety, quality, communication, schedule, budget, and change management
Organization and leadership of project teams resulting in the achievement of project goals (requirements, expectations, innovation, schedule, and budget) throughout delivery and ultimate close out of the project
Coordination and collaboration with all levels of firm leadership and disciplines to support firm-wide strategic planning, resource allocation, and execution of business objectives and goals
Financial plan development and performance and budget (labor, expense, project) management
Qualifications:
20+ years of consulting and engineering experience in water and wastewater fields
BS and/or MS in civil or environmental engineering
PE in SC or eligibility through reciprocity
Knowledge of key consulting and engineering services related to state and local government and private sector businesses/industries (required)
Experience contracting, managing, and delivering projects through both traditional design-bid-build and alternative delivery methods including design-build and construction manager at-risk
Project experience across the Water/Wastewater Discipline including water distribution (pipelines, pump stations, storage, etc.); wastewater collection (gravity sewer, pump stations, force mains, etc.); water treatment (groundwater & surface water treatment); wastewater treatment (pretreatment, process design, NPDES, etc.); and hydraulic modeling
Strong network of contacts in the Water/Wastewater sector in South Carolina (preferred)
