.Overview:This position reports to the Executive Director. The position has a hybrid work schedule with two (2) days a week in the office, and a monthly starting salary of $5,000 - $5,416 (determined by experience). We are responsible for operating, managing, and maintaining real estate assets owned by the State. Working closely with a team of experienced professionals, you'll develop a deep understanding of government protocols, real estate laws, and best practices in property management.In this role, you'll prepare acquisition documents, draft lease and deed contracts, review property appraisals, and conducting thorough evaluations of various real estate holdings, including right of way, leasing, easements, and more.
