Develop and implement MarCom activities derived from global Healthcare strategy to drive leads and profit along the whole customer journey.Major Tasks and ResponsibilitiesMarCom and Content Marketing: Lead and coordinate all global Industry specific activities and requests (product launches, marketing campaigns and events). Ensures the implementation of the overarching strategy in day-to-day operations and project lead for each initiative.
Go-to-Market-Communication Strategy: Define and execute the strategy along the value chain for business unit Marketing and its product brands in alignment with Industrial Marketing
Develop the strategic and operational planning of industry specific marketing communication activities including key performance measurement (KPIs).
Support Industrial Marketing in development of persuasive Value Propositions for product and service offers.
Apply the Multi-/Omni channel eco system for located region (e.g. Paid/Earned/ Owned Channels and touchpoints)
Align regional strategic content planning across all communication channels (online and offline) and decide on the priorities of topic
Setting up the budget, tracking, controlling and operational execution such as POs and invoices
Steer 3rd party providers: Actively steward all agency work on predefined objectives in alignment with regional head.
KPI tracking: Reports on the content/channel by providing regular analytics
Definition of new processes with continuous improvement
Lead Management support function like Nurturing campaigns
Exchange with other global MarCom Managers; drive collaboration and effectiveness through global alignment
Cross business entity exchange and best practice sharing to identify synergies
Community Management: working within a MarCom/Corporate Communication community for a stronger Covestro brand, reputation communication perception
For all responsible activities ensure adherence to Corporate Design guidelines plus MarCom Playbook
Manager of organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on site impressions, click through rates, traffic, and conversions
Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, economics, business administration or other relevant field with 7+ years of relevant experience
3+ years in B2B & B2C environment with progressive MarCom experience in strategic roles
Preferred QualificationsGlobal MarCom and diverse industry experience
Significant experience in project management
Experience in xChannel marketing communication strategy and project management / leading function
Scientific background
Knowledge and SkillsKnowledge of engineering plastic products and healthcare application
Excellent spoken & written English
Expert in brand management, content marketing, social media and multi-channel communication
Solid marketing acumen
Team player with strong leadership and coaching skills
Well developed, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong ability to coordinate and prioritize in combination with solid learning agility
High degree of flexibility, strong ability to coordinate and prioritize.
