Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration/management, or a related field, with at least 4 years of related experience, OR a Master's degree in information technology, business administration/management, with at least 2 years of related experienceMinimum 1-2 full lifecycle implementations in SAP Logistics/WM Functional area, preferably with S4 HANA environmentPreferred Qualifications
SAP ABAP and/or Java/Web Application development experienceKnowledge and Skills
Excellent knowledge of S/4 HANA simple logistics, EWM functionality, and RF integrationStrong SAP EWM subject matter expertise (SME) with knowledge of Inbound Processing, Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, and Production IntegrationProficient in troubleshooting and leading the evaluation and design of corrections for complex incidents, maintaining a high level of functional competency in the standard configuration of Extended Warehouse Management, and leveraging best practices and new trends in Covestro's current and future projectsExperience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to individuals at all levels, including process owners and stakeholdersStrong active listening skills and the ability to translate needs, concerns, and solutions across functional and stakeholder groupsDemonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a tight project timelineDemonstrated creativity balanced with practicality to meet business objectives and team needsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExtensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressureStrong understanding of IT architecture and ERP development
