The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest in commercial real estate and corporate M&A transactions, along with strong academic credentials and exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. This position provides an opportunity to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment while building a transaction-based practice.Duties:Assist in handling commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leases, and financings.Participate in corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A), drafting and reviewing transaction-related documents.Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients on various business transactions.Collaborate with other attorneys on complex commercial real estate and corporate matters.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide high-quality legal services.Requirements:2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate, business transactions, or corporate M&A.Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Desire to build a transaction-based practice in real estate and corporate law.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to practice law in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain licensure).Skills:Strong research, drafting, and analytical abilities.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong client relationship management and interpersonal communication skills.Location:Seattle, WA (Hybrid position)Competitive salary with opportunities for a quarterly non-discretionary hours stipend and an annual discretionary bonus.Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, vision, dental, life, AD&D, and disability insurance.Paid parental leave and flexible paid time off (PTO).Bar and professional membership dues paid by the firm.Contributions to a 401(k) profit-sharing plan.This position offers a dynamic opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow their practice in commercial real estate and corporate transactions within a supportive and inclusive law firm environment.
