International Tax Consultant

As an International Tax Consultant, you will be responsible for international tax compliance preparation, including U.S. Federal and foreign tax filings. You will assist with transfer pricing, tax planning, and tax audits, preparing the international portions of the U.S. federal income tax return (Forms 5471, 8858, 8991, 8992, 8993, and 1118), including cumulative E&P and foreign tax credit calculations. Additionally, you will prepare the international portion of quarterly and annual tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 (FAS 109) and ASC 740-10-50 (FIN 48). Your role will also involve monitoring intercompany transactions and assisting with maintaining and updating intercompany agreements.

Essential Skills
BA/BS in accounting or finance.CPA, MST, or equivalent certification.Seven to eight years of international tax experience at Big 4 and/or corporate tax department.In-depth knowledge of U.S. international and foreign tax and tax accounting issues.
Work Environment
This position requires you to be in the office only once per month. You must live within a 70-mile radius of the headquarters.
