Junior Biotech IP Patent Agent

A law firm in Miami, FL is seeking a Junior Biotech IP Patent Agent to join its team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in the biological sciences, including a Ph.D. in a relevant field, and be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The role involves drafting and prosecuting patent applications, with a focus on biotech and life sciences innovations.
