A law firm specializing in litigation is seeking a skilled Antitrust Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive antitrust law knowledge and solid legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct legal research and analysis on complex antitrust issues.Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Assist in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials.Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on antitrust matters.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and client communication.Manage discovery processes and document production.Attend meetings, negotiations, and court proceedings as required.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in Washington, DC.Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing antitrust litigation at a law firm.Strong understanding of antitrust laws, regulations, and procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Preferred Skills:Experience with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.Familiarity with electronic discovery tools and document management systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Previous experience in complex commercial litigation involving antitrust issues is a plus.Certifications:Certification or coursework in antitrust law or related fields is desirable.
