A skilled CNC programmer who is willing to improve processes and creatively analyze each part to maximize machining efficiency in a production environment is who we are looking for. The CNC Programmer would be responsible for programming 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines in a production environment. The CNC Programmer would also create setup sheets and standard tool lists for the different cells they are responsible for. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : • Create CNC Programs for the assigned machine cells. • Create Setup Sheets and standard tool lists for the parts made at each cell. • Engage in the design of fixturing and tooling for the assigned parts. • Develop in-process checks in the machine to verify parts during machining. • Give recommendations for the use of new technologies in the machine shop. • Ability to follow safety and maintenance procedures while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. • Other duties as assigned . Requirements Preferred Qualifications : • 5 years of CNC programming experience (preferably in a production environment). • Experience working in Mastercam/Fusion 360/Esprit/Solid Works. • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (strongly preferred, but not required). • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
