Excellent compensation package Yearly profit sharing Yearly bonus FREE benefits 4+ weeks of vacation Tuition reimbursement Great environmentJob DetailsPrincipal Duties: Lead a team of Reliability Engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment and system reliability. Develop and execute strategic reliability improvement plans to maximize equipment uptime and minimize maintenance costs. Partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams across the organization to identify, prioritize, and share best practices for reliability enhancement. Conduct detailed root cause analyses and failure mode investigations to address and resolve reliability issues in equipment and production systems. Collaborate with Maintenance Management to establish and sustain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to improve equipment performance. Manage end-to-end reliability improvement projects, including scoping, planning, execution, evaluation, and ensuring long-term sustainability. Develop and maintain detailed reliability metrics to monitor progress, measure performance, and assess the effectiveness of improvements. Provide technical guidance to maintenance and operations teams to address equipment challenges and optimize performance.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Reliability Engineering. 10+ years of experience in reliability engineering, industrial maintenance, or project engineering, with demonstrated expertise in continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or TPM. At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams of reliability engineers, maintenance professionals, or technicians. 5+ years of industrial controls programming experience (Allen Bradley/Rockwell preferred).Skills and Competencies: Expertise in reliability improvement methodologies such as FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), DoE (Design of Experiments), and PdM (Predictive Maintenance), with strong statistical analysis capabilities. Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve equipment reliability issues. Project management proficiency, including planning, execution, and sustainability assessment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with senior leadership. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creative and critical thinking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel functionality for data analysis and presentation. Lean Six Sigma Black or Gold Belt (LSSBB/LSSGB)-- Preferred Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)-- Preferred Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)-- PreferredInterested in hearing more?
