PTO Life Insurance 401k + MatchJob DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and solution-oriented Permanent Maintenance Reliability Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving the reliability of our operations, ensuring maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company. This position plays an integral role in our continuous improvement efforts and requires a high level of technical expertise. Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures in line with the best practices and company objectives.2. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) on equipment failures to prevent recurrence.3. Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential reliability problems during the development or production of products.4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.5. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify and implement reliability improvements.6. Develop, implement, and oversee predictive and preventive maintenance programs.7. Provide technical support to production, maintenance management and technical personnel.8. Analyze equipment trends, historical data, and field data to predict and improve machine reliability, thus accomplishing improved uptime.9. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.10. Train and mentor junior engineers and maintenance staff.Qualifications:1. Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Engineering industry.3. Solid knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).4. Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.5. Strong technical knowledge of maintenance strategy, systems, and procedures.6. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.8. Proficient in using computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, for data analysis, drafting and revising production schedules, and related needs.9. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects without missing deadlines or sacrificing accuracy.10.
